I think rugby is a sport in Shetland that does not get a lot of advertisment. I mean the rugby club is the only sporting team in Shetland that travel down south every other week to compete in national leagues in Scotland. Get him banned. These players should be trusted with drink not to get wasted. By all means have a few drinks, but these guys should be honoured to play for Shetland. I am not saying all the squad are like what the article said. It is just the stupid behaviour of a few individuals that have ruined it for everyone.

I would also say practice tackling quite a lot and also running with the ball in two hands. Also getting the right body position when scrummaging is key. By the way who is it you are playing for.
