Medziotojas
Better to try a pan with some water for the boiling bit. Ok, very good, but assuming you have all the necessaries? Be alive? Judging by some of the past presidents I don't know if "being alive" is a necessary attribute (not the correct answer).
KOYAANISQATSI
Once you find said pan and water, set both timers going when the 4 min one runs out turn over both. When the 7 min one with 3 left runs out, put on egg using remaining 1 min of sand in 4 min timer then turn over same timer twice more for your 9 minutes. Medziotojas
Yep, that would definitely work, but there is a faster way to do it.

Sudden Stop
According to the American Constitution, in order to become President of the United States there are only five pre-requisites. The candidate must: 1. be at least 35 years old.2. be a citizen of the United States.3. have resided in the United States for at least 14 years.4. have been born in the United States. What is the fifth requirement?---------------------------------------------------------------Would you rather a crocodile attack you or an alligator? 5. Not have been in office for more than 8 years already? And I'll take the alligator please bob.

Medziotojas
Yep, Ghostrider's correct. You must be elected, although legally is debatable in light of Bush's first term.
sassermaet
These may already have been done before, but I couldn't be bothered to look through and see. 1. What goes on four feet, two feet and three, but the more legs it goes on, the weaker it be? (That was the riddle that the sphinx famously posed to Oedipus. When he solved it, she committed suicide.) 2. The maker does not need it, the buyer does not use it, and the user uses it without knowing. What is it? 3. Once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years. What is it? 4. A man stopped outside a hotel and discovered he was bankrupt. How did this happen? 5. The police find the body of a man lying dead by a river. Next to him lies a gun, along with a cassette tape containing a recorded suicide note. At the end of the tape, the fatal gunshot is heard. However, upon listening to the cassette tape, the police hand the evidence over to the murder squad. How did they know this was a murder, and not a suicide? Sorry folks - made a small grammatical error on the last one that needed to be rectified! Please don't hate me
Ghostrider
3. Once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years. What is it? The letter "M" 5. The police find the body of a man lying dead by a river. Next to him are a gun, along with a cassette tape containing a recorded suicide note. At the end of the tape, the fatal gunshot is heard. However, upon listening to the cassette tape, the police hand the evidence over to the murder squad. How did they know this was a murder, and not a suicide? Because if the recording contained the sound on the fatal gunshot, someone else had to take the tape out of the recorder.
