nederlander
Is there a new barber place somewhere on the street or did I imagine it, sure I read it was near a bank..... If it does exist, is it any use? I am in desperate need of a haircut!

shetlandcars
no, you miss my point, they ask technical questions like how you want it shaped at the back, above or over the ears, how I want my fringeEssentially I say i want it like it is but shorter but that seems to not be of help to them. nederlander
I just dislike the whole experience, the forced, often uncomfortable and pointless conversations, the length of time it takes, the itchy clothes afterwards......... Romeo
My barber doesn't do styles, it's just, "How much do you want taking off?" !
Guest Anonymous
Might I suggest one of these electric DIY, or get your partner to do it, clippers.A good quality brand is less than £30 and that's less that 5 haircuts at a barbers. This only works if, like me, you want a #1, #2, or #3 all over. But the beauty is that with little or no skill you can keep the old head looking neat and tidy. Don't make the mistake, which I made first time round, of buying one of the cheap hair cutting sets for less than £15. It failed after about 4 uses... It was cr*p. Remington or Phillips are the best.
