ss, I do understand you have had issues in the past with folk and their drug abusing...surley the best way to deal with that is to make sure other folk can be stopped, and prevented from making more kids orphaned, mothers childless and friends mourning.. Sometimes folk can change, given the right environment. But it is up to us to create that.. Tis the folk bringing drugs into the country on mass ie millions of pounds worth at a time, like Howard Marks, not your small time dealer who needs to suplement his habbit with a few sales that need some serious time, normally they do not touch what they sell wholesale, hope you can get that... As said before, there are more folk mentally and physicaly damaged by drink, but it is legal, so I can only assume it is the legality you have issues within your complaints.. These folk normally get their money by other folk robbing, and in todays climate of cash insecurity, normal folk are buying knocked off goods.. So, one could say that the drug thing has been enhanced buy folk looking for a cheap camcorder or tv.. All of this is so interweaved that there is no one punnishment or course of action, I am sure you could see that...

You may need to find the underlying reason why this person offends. There are many occasions where folk have been mistreated, or abused in younger years.. There will also need to be a tailored program to monitor and rehabilitate, they will also need a mentor. The person may also need to move locations, to remove themselves from the temptations, stresses and the prejudice..... Then some sort of employment will need to be got... Tis no point punnishing folk if you are not going to try and repair the damage other folk may have done. To keep folk in prison is very expensive, and some will have to be in prison... Tis far cheaper in the long run to get the person back into a mode of contribution... As long as some of these folk continue to be discriminated against they will feel that they cannot change, and will not.... And alot of folk who help ex prisoners/offenders do so offa their own back... Because there is not the ability to raise a proper tax and the system is currupt in that it does not work properly then departments will have to fight for every penny and rely on folk giving up their own time... As mentioned b4, if some controlled drugs were given then the need for dealers will end...continually blaming the user and not the supplier does not fix the problem that eventually the cash could come back and bomb us... And as drugs are available inprison, tis best in the long run to get folk offa drugs... So the crux of this is, talk to folk, help folk, support them till they change their habbits, address their mental health issues and council them.

I was always told to wait until the said vehicle changes direction.... Folk are too impatient and think they can prejudge an outcome..to save a little of their own time... They have been told they may have the safest car, airbags and active seatbelts, so perhaps it removes any vunerability.. This is covered in the highway code, a slower vehicle MUST pull over if there is a q of traffic, it is sometimes better for the slower motorist to let even 1 car pas, it can reduce an accident and everyone can travel at the speed that is dictated by road conditions.. nortower...I think most organised clubs do have an insurance available to them, you are right to say that bikes should be a little more regulated.. When you think how much cash is spent on cycle lanes etc it can seem a little unfair.. There is a element of law to do with this as the bikes are people powered, and not a taxable fuel or certain power... It would be a slow to include in society... But, more should be done to enforce existing laws.. And parents should see that the fruit of their loins are fully versed in cycle and road safety, insurance should also be mandatory... The fines should increase or the power to fine parents who let their little darlings terrorise the pavements at stuped speeds.. The conditions of the validity of the insurance should also depend on the roadworthyness of the bike... The insurance companies could be levied with a small fee to enhance cycle routs and the fines would and should help too..

Not all jobs could be open to all, funnily, the priest or father..I know, bit obvious. But there are other folks who perform tasks in and around religious activities, buildings and folk who would have to have certain sex and religious properties... Ie the guy who circumsize in the Jewish faith... But, I think the job mentioned above could really be done by most folk, but if you are trying to comfort someone by using their religion then the comforter would have to be of similar mind... But they may be asking for christian standards ie pius, honest and truthfull, in an ideal world. Also non judgemental and trustworthy.. They may have got the wordinfg a little wrong.. I do think nowadays that cash and ones position within the community are racing neck and neck with religion on the murder rates.... There are many lower and half caste folk in India disapearing... We had to take a test before riding a bike to school, and before that take an afternoon of instruction.. We were told about insurance and the legalities of riding a pushbike.. Still think they should register them... Oh, and yes it is one of my jobs to install temporary traffic control systems.. One of the other problems we have come across is folk who are still drunk from the night before, although you may feel ok, you still have an amount of drink in you that can make you drive in a dangerous way. Tis not a great deal of heroin, when you think how much is produced..and consumed in a part of a city.. I also dont think there motives were just to kill....those who act as mules, they are mostly the vunerable. The folk who should be judged are those who manufacture the drug and distribute it for cash. You cannot demand the death penalty for every minor drug trafficer or mule. How would you punnish folk who buy spirits for kids? And what qualifies your choice of demand, what experience do most folks have. Very little with most. They rely on newspaper reports.... The attitude of those not caught in a the trap of poverty, bullying or mental illness is quite upsetting, especially as they drink themselves and smoke themselves into a early grave, where the product they use could have been produced by folk who are worked nearly as slaves, as in the tobacco industry... The lack of an open mind and sympathy for others who were or not in a position to help themselves is one of discrimination and the basis of a class system, of which we complain..

There are alot of examples of how women are dragged into the drug industry, and are treated roughly.. We also need to keep in mind that different countries have different attitudes. It is any persons right to a fair trial, to be treated as a human being. Most folk would agree, cos, they would want the same fair treatment for themselves... There also have been cases wher folk have been duped. To get pregnant in such a way is a little short of a truly amazing feat... Women, who attend clinics have more difficulty... Tis not too easy to get pregnant, alot of conditions have to be right, even then it will not mean the baby will go past 12 weeks, so there may be a case of protecting someone else here....
