JustMe
Well the web site looks good and that fabulous word "free" keeps getting used in the gig guide so I am lacking any excuse for missing it this year.

Hambone
Bit of a disaster last night with the first day of the Blues Festival, with the weather and poor ticket sales going against them. Still a fair enough night in the Legion, the Donald Anderson band were excellant and a short set from Lights Out By Nine. If you have the inclination I would recommend that you get down to the legion to night to see a full set from them. Singer Al Hughes belts out the blues with a feeling and from deep inside that I haven't see for ages. The brass section is so tight backed with an excellant rythm section. If you were at the gigs last year for Nine Below Zero and enjoyed it then you will ove Lights Out By Nine as they are ten times better. Please support the blues festival or this could be the last one.
