trout
Odd as I am on FF and have never altered any browser settings either and have never had the above trouble. Hmm. Will check with the host and get back to you all.

trout
It became a cross bred "Is there still an issue" and "Are there still issues". Pedant!

Njugle
thanks twerto,it wasnt all in order as i said im clicked da default button and its wirkin noo thank you very much. Yun's kinda intriguing me, as a PC i have dealings with from time to time was found the day before yesterday to have no sound, for no apparent reason and when i checked the settings it was on mute. The PC user quite definitely doesna ken how to 'mute' it either. Coincidence? Is there an XP key combination to mute, or could an upgrade do this. (I have no idea, my mac has a straightforward mute button on the keyboard)
Twerto
i am not aware of any key.. but that doesnt mean im not pressing it without knowing.
