Until you leave that odd bill stuffed in the settee. Your name, address and occupation will be published in the weekly stocks. It should be, and is in cases up to the purveyors of such goods to offer a service of removals, some items could attract a fee. Perhaps it could be time for the poor rural communities to get something done, stand up as one and with one voice. Or just pay.
