angelpie
I would like to hear from anyone who voted LibDem and now has reservations about having chosen to vote for Mr Carmichael after his recent revelation. Would you have voted for him if you had known for sure that he had admitted using the Scottish Office to leak a false memo to the press intended to smear the First Minister of Scotland? What do you think should be done about the £1,4 million inquiry costs?
Ghostrider
I'd be more interested in finding out how in hell anybody manged to spend £1.4 Million in around six weeks, to figure out it was a paper shuffler making a phone call that started it all - that had to take a lot of hard work to achieve. Bribing The Telegraph to give up their man on the inside is hellish expensive these days apparently, what happened to the good old days of it costing no more than getting a Journo pissed to find out anything you wanted to. BigMouth
How many threads on this subject do we have to endure? Is there a prize for the correct number? If so, I am going for 17. Scorrie
Suffererof1crankymofo
From Shetland News:- "Meanwhile members of the Shetland branch of the Liberal Democrats have expressed their disappointment at Friday’s revelation that Carmichael authorised his special adviser to release the memo to the Daily Telegraph on 1 April." That was some April Fool's joke.
