His brilliant 8 points will be little consolation to him in a week which really should have seen him move to the top. There will be no punishment handed out to the culprit, as there was no rules broken. However, this week it has been decided that prections can now be PM'd rather than posted, if a competitor wishes to keep their ideas from being plagerized.
