EISTnWAST Posted June 6, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2008 After much consideration (about 2 minutes) the competition organisers have decided to allow Marshall and Baxter entry into the Manson Cup competition at this late stage. As they have both predicted that the 4 teams which were in the preliminary round will be eliminated by the quarter final stage, they have gained no advantage with their late entry. However, should one of them be tied on points at the end of the competition, then their 2 quarter final ties involving the teams which came through the prelimanary round will be declared void in a correct score countback scenario.
