I had PlusNET further sooth than your good self GR and never had a dropped line, had a solid connection with good speeds (better than others nearer to the exchange than me). UK call centre and a generally helpful bunch. The user forums are very active as well. You can sign up for alerts of any maintenance they are doing as well. I still receive emails from them and they are very open and honest about any problems they are having. For instance here is one I received yesterday:-Service: ServicesPosted: Thu, Sep 24 2009 at 11:46:34Subject: Customer Support Centre (58355) - RESOLVED This is an update to the earlier post advising of problems accessing customers' account details. The cause of this problem has been found and fixed, meaning our support staff can once again access specific account details. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
